Effective Warranty System
If a component of a Little Guys system is defective in normal, domestic use due to a fault in product and/or materials, The Little Guys will at its discretion adjust, repair, or replace the defective unit(s) free of charge for a period of 90 days from the date of substantial completion. Substantial completion is defined here as the point in time when your equipment has been delivered and installed. Items not limited to but including final trouble-shooting, final programming, final system tuning and final client training could still remain. The Little Guys warrants its workmanship for as long as you own your system; any labor performed by The Little Guys and later found by The Little Guys to be defective or substandard will be redone at no charge to you.
